Consisting of a set series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done in an area heated to 105°F, Bikram Yoga has become one of the most famous styles of yoga, taught to many stars, celebrities and athletes.Bikram yoga uses the tourniquet effect. This is explained as cutting off the blood supply to ones veins and arteries to cause pressure. Once that pressure is release it is flood gate type effect. This flooding flushes out the veins and arteries.
The application of Bikram yoga should increase your circulation as well as your range of motion. The 105°F area allows for many benefits while practicing Bikram yoga.
