Help…I have an interview at Macy’s for a job as a Fragrance Beauty Adviser. What should I expect and what are they looking for from this sort of position. I have experience in retail so I know all about the credit application and customer service expectations…just not sure what to expect for this specific job. Any advice or info would be great!!

Tell them you care about beauty, fashion and fragrance and that you love helping people. They won’t make you expand a lot on that. They just want to make sure you’re kind of trendy with beauty/frangrance and that you will treat customers well to give the store a good image.
